On the last day of the month, if the open of the day is within about 5 points of the open of the month, there is about a 70% chance that the market will trade to the open of the month as a test.
If the high of the day reverses down and the range is about half of the average, the market might fall for a measured move from the high to the open, but then test the open afterwards.
