There are a lot of videos to study, and Al has designed course to be best studied starting from Video #01 and working through course. Take your time and key points will be repeated throughout course to help you learn.
Also study the online How to Trade Manual, as well as the 'What is price action?' and '10 Best patterns' posts on the Learn to Trade menu. In addition, go through the many short audio and video extracts from Al's trading room in the Ask Al Q&A Transcripts blog.
Finally, look after your health, sleep and eat well! Try some basic mindfulness meditation exercises to help you learn to recognize when trading is triggering your emotional responses. Trading is hard enough and learning to manage our emotions is an added burden. Take your time. No hurry to get good. It will come in good time.
