There is no time limit on course memberships. It states very clearly in several places before purchase that you have a lifetime membership.
Perhaps you are thinking about the 60-day waiting period before new members can buy Al's Encyclopedia of Chart Patterns? The 60 days here is just to encourage you to study price action before jumping into patterns. Plus the 60 days helps deter pirates from stealing content.
