Hi Bram,
Al completes the end of day section sometime after market close. No fixed time as like us all, Al has so many other things to do. He is also quite tired after finishing trading room no doubt.
Always done, for daily reports that is, and usually within 1-2 hours of close and certainly well ahead of the following day.
Edit: I just realized I was talking above about "What to expect tomorrow" in reference to the end of day section of daily report! If you are talking about the pre-market open part, that is issued at 06:20 PT / 09:20 ET each day that Al writes (when in trading room, see calendar on sidebar). The report is opened to public viewing just before 08:20 PT / 11:20 PT.
