Why Al take the sell when big bar close? It could reverse due to the sell climax?
On the 1st buy why Al buy when 4 consecutive bear bars only 1 bull bars?
On the 2nd buy it's about 50% PB from the rally down why buy?
Is that all entries there are high probability?
I am so confused. Can you help me, pls.
Why Al take the sell when big bar close? It could reverse due to the sell climax?
These are concepts from how to trade - "Trading The Open" of which there are few videos in the course 48A-F. Not sure if you watched them yet but very very important. Two strong bars on the open with one closing near the low begin an STC (Sell The Close) trend. 35% of the time these two bars will end up being HOD and the trend will continue down all day for massive gains of 1:2 or better. That's the purpose behind sells like these.
On the 1st buy why Al buy when 4 consecutive bear bars only 1 bull bars?
This is a concept of fading climactic moves for opening reversal, especially when combined with important S/R levels. Notice Al's comments: bodies shrinking so losing momentum and attempted to break below LOY but is failing with strong bull bar. If the bull bar was weak this probably wouldn't be a good buy. But a strong bull bar with all the other factors is a play for opening reversal (also concept from Trading The Open videos).
On the 2nd buy it's about 50% PB from the rally down why buy?
This is a continuation of the previous concept with improving probability. Previous buy was reasonable (there were multiple reasons to take it) but low probability. For this trade multiple strong bull bars accumulated suggesting that the probability of more up are increasing, justifying buying for opening reversal.
Is that all entries there are high probability?
All these are swing trades hoping to catch the swing of the day on the open. I would say most of these entries are low probability. It's only 25% - 35% to get a trend from the open. There is a 50% of any strong move on the open to fail and reverse into an opposite trend. Al says a swing trader may need to enter a couple times during the open before catching the actual swing of the day.
Hope this helped!
