Video 49F: Swing Trading Examples
This is the type of rhetoric that gets traders into trouble. "Gold for beginners" insinuates that beginners should follow whatever is said in this video. Which, if Al has taught you anything, is not the case. If it's Gold for beginners it would be Gold for experienced traders as well.
No singular video in this course will make you a consistently profitable trader. Learn from every video, but, at the end of the day, it's you that is trading. Do what is in your own best interest.

I didn't get you, beginners should follow whatever is said in the video (and rest of the videos)
You yourself said 'if Al has taught you anything' isn't it following what Al has said?
Secondly, not necessarily if something is gold for beginners it would be gold for experienced traders as well.... Just because $10,000 is a lot of money for me, doesn't mean it is a lot of money for a billionaire (I hope you get my analogy).
In fact conversely, if something is gold for an experienced trader, it doesn't automatically imply that it would definitely be gold for a beginner. Beginner might not be at a level to grasp those concepts, so that information might be lost on the beginner and hence not of much use... Case in point, videos about scaling in... When Al goes into strategies involving 3-4 times scaling in, I just let that information go, it is too advanced for me and I know am not gonna apply it anytime soon...likewise When Al talks about tick differences, and 4 tick 5 tick traps.. But those concepts might be gold for a much advanced trader..
I think you missed the intent of the OP, That particular video might have been kind of a revelation for the op, might have made him understand some concept concretely or given him some insight. And hence his post. He didn't imply that this video alone would make one a consistent trader.
