Which specific video(s) are you referring to? They are supposed to be off except for free samples.
All of them from what I see. Take 17A for example. Or 20A.

Ahh, Ok. I checked and although subtitles are set to OFF at source they are in fact coming on. I tried to enable and disable 17A but found it then locked on and had to replace file to start over.
I will have to chase hosting company and ask what is happening.
