I’m new to futures but following the micro emini as I progress thru the course. I’ve noticed on the daily blog posts my daily bars are sometimes different than the daily bar. For example, on the blog 2/24 daily bar is a bull bar and 2/23 is a bear bar. However in my chart on trading view I have a bull bar on 2/23 and bear on 2/24. Any idea if I’m on the wrong ticker or if it’s something with my settings??
Hey, I'm using ThinkorSwim so I don't know if it applies, but this used to happen for me on my daily chart because extended hours specifically for futures was turned on, even though I had extended hours turned off for other things already. Once I changed that then the bars all looked like they were supposed to. Might be worth a try.
