Hi, I am unable to watch the new videos because the new software that is used. Yes I cleared everything on my browser, the cache, the history the cookies everything you can imagine, yes I even restarted my computer and I did it for both mozilla and chrome. Why did you switch over anyway, were you bored with the old one, wanted something new and exciting. This is just great, I really wanted to watch the videos and learn and now I can't. All that money I spent on this course for literally nothing. Why do people always feel like they have to change something, I think that whole the only constant is change, really gets in peoples heads and then they change something that doesn't need to be changed. Please fix this. There was nothing wrong with the old video software.
I don't know about any new software but I also suddenly find myself unable to watch anything. 😘 😘
Hi, yeah that's the point, they uploaded a new video software for these videos and I can't watch anything. The cache thing worked in terms of deleting everything, I had to re-put my passwords in for all other websites I visit, but it didn't work regarding being able to watch these videos. I hope they fix it soon, I don't know why he changed it, was he bored with the old one, does it look nicer? What was the point?
that's pretty strange. it must be something wrong of your computer or some kind of internet problem. I have no any obstacle of watching video both chrome and vivaldi browser.

Sorry for trouble and working hard to find out why some of you have this trouble. The reason to move to new hosting service is (1) to add features, and (2) lower high costs. Ref costs we are currently increasing videos storage and streaming by 3x current level to deliver Spanish and Portuguese subtitles on separate pages. The cost of doing this is extremely high on original system, and would necessitate Al implementing an annual subscription charge to help cover.
For anyone struggling to watch videos, after clearing browser cache, could you do the following simple test to help me isolate trouble. There is a possibility that our membership system software is conflicting with some devices, so need to test as follows:
1. Log out from system so you are not logged in.
2. Go to "About the Course/Free sample videos" page.
3. Let me know here if you can view all of these videos Ok (while logged off) or not. These are on same system as course videos.
4. If you can view them Ok, log in and try to watch same videos again. And then the course videos.

I have done as requested. Still could not watch the free samples. An extra bit of info that might help you. At the time I had the site open in 2 tabs. I had no video going in the first but I had been watching Bonus Video 6 in the second. When he referenced something I was not familiar with I then went back to the first tab to watch the relevant video (Wedges, as it happens) and then could not make it work...however I could still continue (and did) watching the bonus video.

Very odd indeed. The fact you can watch Bonus Video 6 Ok but not others is most odd. Can you tell me which is the Wedges videos you c cannot view and I will supply a direct link to test. For example, here is 12A which is one of the free videos that you said would not play:

Hello, re: Video 6 remember it was already in progress when the issue arose. I cannot start it now. But I was able to keep watching it while I was in the middle of it. The Wedges link you gave was the one I had tried to see.
So, tests using the provided links:
Brave Browser (my daily and preferred browser) the links do not work
Chrome: Links did not work
Firefox: Links DID work and I went to the free sample vids and they also work.
All browsers were double checked for being current version.
Late thought: logged in on Firefox, videos load quickly and easily. Still no joy logging in with Brave.
Hi David, have you got the Shield disabled on Brave which is supposed to be a requirement for original video player too. See video support info page.

So the whole entire reason for the move to the new software or site, or hosting, whatever, is because of the translation to a non english speaking subtitle, you know what, maybe those people should just learn how to speak english and maybe we wouldn't have this problem. And no that's no racist somebody is going to jump to that conclusion, just saying, Al speaks english, so if you want to learn from an english speaking person, learn english. That's why this whole problem is happening, I spent a lot of money on this course and now I can't watch because non english speakers will have their way and english speakers get punished. Thanks Al.

The move to new system is not solely to accommodate non-English captions. Nobody is getting punished, silly talk. Within 20 years the majority population in the US is expected to be black and Hispanic. What then? Are you going learn Spanish if you are living there? 😊
And quite honestly, the cost of Al's course is not "a lot of money" so do please accept some hassle for the short term. Many traders ask why course is so cheap!
Have you checked if you can run the free samples when not logged in? Have you run the tests from the 2 links above? Please do so and let me know here if they work for you.
Doesn't work for me either. Captions have never worked since the videos were moved to the new hosting company, and now can't watch any videos. Tried multiple browsers and PCs/laptops. Suggest moving videos back to the old hosting company, and look for another host company and test the hell out of it before taking it live. Extremely frustrating and disappointing 🙁
