I've just finished watching the videos on scaling in, and it left me with more questions about how I'm trading. I now realise scaling in isn't something I need to be doing, and IF I want to do it, I at least need a plan and better reasoning, for example the 2part approach Al talks about.
For the more experienced traders; do you scale in? (Or out?) Why or why not? If you do, do you have a methodology behind it? For example at most 2 parts? Or do you scale in only when you're not totally sure about your entry for example?
Thanks so much! This video helps a lot and confirms a bunch of what I was already thinking. Good to know I'm on the right path. I'm going to stop scaling into losers, and only scale into winners when I'm not sure about my entry. It will simplify my trading which is nice. Have a lot to learn and simple might just be better.
Thanks again.
I didn't realize you made videos as well. Thanks!
