Anyone know why the stops are different and when it's ok to put a stop on a signal bar

I'm not sure but it seems reasonable to put stop at high of day in both case.

Maybe we can put stop on a signal bar if we expect that bar to become a major LH, but when in doubt I think just use the wider stop.
