I can't access my encyclopedia in my tablet? Why?

Sorry to hear your trouble. Is this a new problem, or have you never accessed the Encyclopedia on the tablet?
You must have an up-to-date operating systems on anything these days, and although you may think it is up to date, best to double check. iOS had browser issues very recently that may be your issue. And try different browsers too.
If certainly up to date, can you tell me what tablet it is and what version O/S? And what browser you are using? And can you view course videos Ok? (But note videos and Encyclopedia are not related, on totally different systems.)
The slides won't load on my Samsung s10e phone, I am using latest version of Chrome.
Any suggestions?

Sorry to hear your trouble. Can you try a different browser like Firefox or Edge.
Is this the first time you had trouble? Did it work earlier? What changed on phone?
And if all browsers fail can you grab a screenshot of error message or what is happening and send me so I can follow up with the hosting support.
