how to use new update of encyclopedia viewer. i cant find content column in it.??

Hi Kapil,
What do you mean by "Encyclopedia viewer? The Encyclopedia is viewed with standard browser on desktop, Android, and iOS devices.
Maybe a browser issue, so if so, try a standard browser like Firefox or Edge.

sorry i was using google chrome, and there is some problem with it.
its working fyn with firefox.
