It's highly recommended for beginners to do daily markups on the e-mini and compare with Al's chart.
What is the best way to do this?
Print the entire chart or hide the bars to the right and simulate?
100 bars to the left for context?
Price level marks for prior high/low/open/close of day/week/month/year?
Scan monthly/weekly/daily/60/30/15 for patterns?
Markup best entry/exits for myself, or try to mark all logical entry/exits?
Any other advice? Thank you

First print the chart. Once yours look reasonable similar to Al's, start with MKT replay.
100 bars to the left for context?
No, just the current session. If you see in the daily setups section, Al never talks about anything outside the chart.
Price level marks for prior high/low/open/close of day/week/month/year?
Scan monthly/weekly/daily/60/30/15 for patterns?
Not at the beginning: first master the 5 min, then you can add info from other time frames, if you want. If you do instead simultaneously, you will get confusion more than anything.
Markup best entry/exits for myself, or try to mark all logical entry/exits?
Both 😉 But first and foremost you need to master the blue-rectangle trades. Once you have that (and this is a big "if"), life becomes easy.
Any other advice?
Compare the blue rectangle trades with similar trades in different days within the daily setups section, and also with the enciclopedia.
Good luck!

What's this mean?
MKT replay is the same than simulate.

Al made a video about similar issues. It is available on BTC (Bonus Video) and also on youtube. Follow the youtube link.

Thank you.
Where are the blue rectangle trades?
Also, I marked buy-the-close bar 3, but Al did not. Is that a bad entry?
I have bar 7-9 as FF, is that incorrect? Why is it good buying above a FF (and following parabolic wedge top)?
I only marked the open so it's incomplete.
In the daily setups section, the chart you attached is from the blog.
Thank you
