Is it possible to add one's own chart patterns to the Brooks Encyclopedia? If not, are there any plans to add this feature? I think it would be very beneficial.

That will be great.

I also suggest the idea of wiki where everyone can edit it. Yes as always it has lower quality but vast amount of data and eyes would cover that. Even though those patterns are not good, we can learn why so from it.
