Dear sir,

The slide mentioned that "1st bottom was wedge bull flag".

Starting from the first bar from the left to 1st button marked by (1), is it a bear flag rather than bull flag? Or is my concept wrong?

It is a bull flag that broke to the downside, so it turned out to be a failed bull flag.

P.D: the slide is in part 2, not part 3.
