I am studying forex course. I want to also trade Emini. Is there any important material in the Emini course not in the forex course if I want to trade Emini? Should I get the combo if I am going to trade Emini?
Hi Warren,
The bulk of your study work, Price Action Fundamentals, is exactly the same for both courses so you have an enormous amount of study ahead before you need worry about adding more stuff. The How to Trade Forex Price Action videos generally follow the same topics as for main course while using Forex charts, so again, you will not miss much if you can work with this. You will not miss anything that important.
There are some differences, like Forex having tight trading ranges more often, for example, but with bulk of course still applicable you should be fine for a long time. If you really want to feel more comfortable studying with Emini charts later, as you get into trading the Emini, you can consider an upgrade then - but only after you have completed Price Action Fundamentals and most of the Forex videos I would suggest.
Remember that price action applies to all instruments and time frames, which is why Al removes timescales from charts. Everything you see on Forex charts will appear on other instruments just as well. And vice versa.
Buying into the Encyclopedia which also gives you access to the latest Daily Setups charts could offer you more value than upgrading to Combo when you shift to trading the Emini.
Thanks for your detailed answer. I’m halfway through price fundamentals and about 10% through How to trade forex. I tend to skip around based on the subject that hold my attention, but still emphasize studying price action videos in order. I average one a day! So your right, I have plenty to do. But I love the course and actually find it relaxing.
The reason I asked about the Emini course is that I noticed there was very specific information about forex in the forex cours, and I wondered if there were some Emini videos that were important to watch, but I understand that the encyclopedia is more important at this stage.
Thanks for a wonderful program.😀

Not really. The very specific info you refer to is to highlight a few Forex differences only, beyond the common Forex Basics section. Most other info is directly comparable. Just look at the How to Trade Forex charts without being too concerned about them being Forex! Like for the Daily Setups you can mentally remove the chart axes.
