No, the price action is fundamentally the same. The only reason Al created the Forex version is to satisfy traders who are 100% Forex-only traders. The How to Trade Forex Price Action videos use near 100% Forex charts and introduce some minor specific Forex differences only, like common to have (suffer!) tight trading ranges.
So if you trade Forex exclusively, the Forex course is all you need. You can add the main How to Trade Price Action videos later if you wish, for same cost difference. But no hurry. Plenty of learning material for a long time in Forex course.
