I am trying to purchase the course, however, it keeps saying that my card is declined. Is this a bug? I just used my card a few hours ago.

We have no control over credit card purchases and the systems (PayPal and Stripe) have their own algorithms to determine if a card is valid or not for them.
Have you tried both purchase options? PayPal will accept credit cards as well as their own system. Do you have another card? Double check your account to be sure it has not been restricted or if limit reached??
