At 28:40 Al says, "usually I'll only take that stop entry sell if that stop entry is at least 2-3 times the size of a minimum scalp." In that context he's talking about limit order bears scaling in, but does that mean a stop order bear should not take that trade as well?

I think it's ok for regular bears to sell on a stop there. But it's important to keep in mind that this is for a scalp only since on that slide Al points out that it's a high probability setup and high probability setups usually don't go far. It also depends if the 1st sell entry was reasonable. If it was reasonable then can expect smart bears to do this scale in higher to get out BE and bears on the sidelines can ride along for a scalp as well.
