Is the neck line the reversal point between the double top or double bottom?  I'm looking at the screen at about 17:55 and there is a neck line drawn out from a point to the right before the chart pattern play out.

If you are referring to video 25B, there is only one line and it is the DB neckline so I don't really know what you mean. Could you upload a picture for a clearer understanding?
