Is that right？
@303172979qq-com looks good but there is, I think, a typo:
You said "40% SUCC and will get swing trend or a trend".
But it should say "40% SUCC and will get trend or a TR".
And I would mix both saying "40% SUCC and will get a swing trade".
The two charts say the same thing, what is puzzling you exactly?
p1：40% of major reversal will Succ.
P2：40% of reversal will lead to major reversal.
it's not the same.
I think the confusion comes because, in the second slide, he is implicitly talking about major reversals (see the slide's title), so he says 40% will be succesful.
So, if a reversal is minor or major is given by the context but for both types you have 40% probability to work and 60% for failure... Now the differences: Minor reversals will give, as maximum, a TR, while major reversals can give an opposite trend.
