In some cases，the height of PB is not so big, so it can be regarded as a PB in the time frame of 5m and 30m, but the amount of Bar calculated is different.

If you are trading 5 min chart, then if there are 20 or more bars on that chart which are in TR, the prior trend has little to no effect on future price action. But if for the same instrument 30 min chart does not have 20 or more bars in TR then the probability of price going in the direction of prior trend which is there on the 30 min chart is still higher.
On the 5 min chart, the TR might BO in the direction opp to the prior trend (which was more than 20 bars earlier), but on 30 mins it would still be part of the PB.
