On slide 13, Al talks about a L2 sell-setup. Would that be an implied L2, and an implied micro DT? Because there was not yet a bar that had a low below the previous bar.

The bear IB is the L2 sell signal at that time. It may or may not trigger on the next bar. If it doesn't trigger on the next bar than that bar becomes the new L2 sell signal. Hopefully that was helpful.
