If you have a higher time frame setup at the same time than a setup in your trading time frame, this is reassurance and you can take the trade more confidently. What happens in real trading? 50% of the times you will get conflicting signals, for instance, the higher time frame favouring the bulls and your trading time frame favouring the bears. Because of that, you will lose many opportunities so it is up to you to see if watching several time frames make your trading better or not. You can't tell the gain in probability percentage, you just gain confidence. Yet, remember that a correction has to last about half of the bars the pattern is correcting and, if so, if you have a 60 min pattern the correction will last much more than if you have a 5 min pattern and, therefore, in the picture you can hold the swing in the 5 min much longer.
