There wouldn't be clues to guarantee predicting a reversal of such magnitude with high probability. There would be clues that bulls are less likely to keep going though. The first clue was exhaustive climax on the way up with a bull bar bigger than all the bars not just today but of the last couple of days (if you scroll back charts). And then was the flat FF.
That flat FF is a pattern I've been making a note of lately. Take a look at some of these charts:
The flat FF is definitely something to look out for, especially if it appears in a strong trend, it portends bad things to come for the bulls.
But not always:
