I'm looking for a person (or people) also learning Al's Trading Course with whom I can have email/chat discourse about various questions that arise as I learn the material. Not necessarily looking for an expert or mentor, but just someone I can bounce questions off. How does one go about finding such a person(s)?
Thank you

I've been struggling with forex terminology. Can anyone tell me what a sideways leg looks like? For ex. on Als book Trading Price Action Reversals on page 75. It says that because bull trend was a wedge there was likely two legs sideways to down. What does that mean???
The bull trend had 3 legs (bar 3 was leg 1, 7 was end of leg 2, 10 or 11 was end of leg 3),
After wedge if there is a successful reversal one usually gets 2 legs in either sideways or opposite directions) so from 11 to 12 was 1st leg, and from 13 to either 14, 15 Or 16 could be considered 2nd leg.
Also in the bigger picture, 11 to 14 could be considered 1st leg, then TR and pull back upto 19 and then bigger 2nd leg down to 28.
(So here the legs were down)
Legs are, crudely put, pushes... I don't remember which video, but in one of the beginning videos in fundamental series, Al defines legs..
I am attaching the chart that is there on that page, for the reference of others..
Cheers

Hi,
By the way, "expect 2 legs Sideways to down" means you can expect:
something between this...
and this...
What Shubh says below.
It means the next moves will more likely be sideways OR down. So, less likely to be up.
