I have been in the past watching the course video in 700+ kpbs quality but know i have realize that those options are not made available. Please let me know why is this so??

Hi Lina,
We have recently changed video hosting system that introduced the kbps speed options. The earlier system had screen resolution options. But you really do not need to worry about that and should just leave it on "Auto" so it works to suit your connection speed. Keep it simple. The videos are not live video so no real impact and quality is fine even on lower kbps settings, if available.
