Is Always In trading different from swing trading?
Do always in traders only exit after an MTR has completed?

"Always In" is a theoretical concept, not a trading strategy. In most cases, it's best to be flat.
Always in is a market condition wherein the participants buy or sell at the close of a bar and the market continues to move in always in direction. It is usually a part of strong trends and can be a part of a swing trade. Always in does not necessarily end at MTR, it may evolve into a trading range.
