When I´ve signed up I was supposed to have access to the Chart Patterns book , but it had a 60 days requirements, fast forward some months have passed I went today to download the book , but now its asking me for a extra 200$ , which is odd because when I´ve paid the course initially. The book was included in the package. Mod please help

The Encyclopedia is a separate purchase. Where did you get idea that it was part of trading course purchase? It is quite clear on several pages of site that Encyclopedia is an extra $199 purchase.
The 60-day purchase delay is an anti-piracy measure.
The Encyclopedia is not a book. It is an online slides reference as can be seen from Sampler page.
PS. Just a thought... are you confusing Encyclopedia with the Online "How to trade manual" under the "Learn to Trade" menu?
