I recently purchased the trading course and am going through the videos. I wanted to also purchase the books to study along with the videos. Does anyone have a recommendation as to which book(s) I should purchase.
a. The original - "Reading Price Charts Bar by Bar" OR
b. The new set of 3 books?

Al himself would recommend, skip the original "Bar-by-Bar" blue book and go for the newer "Trading Price Action" trilogy. This is because many traders found the first book to be too dense and difficult to read.
Based on this feedback, Al rewrote his treatise into the 3 volume set. From the introduction to these 3 books Al suggested the correct order of reading is (1) Trends, (2) Trading Ranges, and finally (3) Reversals.
