Why is it ok to take profits at 1x initial risk

If I remember it clearly, Al was saying in this video that you can take profits at 1x risk in this case because a TR started to form, so it is reasonable to take profits or get out. That's why the "exit rectangle" is market 6 bars after the market reached the 1x target.
