Why is the protective stop under the signal bar? Isn't it supposed to be under the Bull leg
1) Bars 1-10 were in SPBL. There's rarely more than 2 bear bars in such tight channels. Therefore can expect bulls to buy the close of 2nd bear bar and/or a little lower which they did.
2) The marked signal bar tested the breakout gap and left a tail signaling urgency by bulls.
3) First significant breaks of tight channels like 1-10 are generally minor and the prior high is expected to be retested soon.
4) Signal bar closed strong with no tail above.
All signs point to it being high probability of higher prices soon. Therefore can put on full size and stop below signal bar.
