In the video Al calls the green highlighted bar a second entry buy. My question is why isn't
the bar called out by my arrow the first entry. Is it because it has a tail on to and bottom?
The bar with the green highlight above is a second entry because it's an ioi. All ioi's are at least second entries. The bar after the bull bar highlighted by your arrow never went above that bar, so the potential entry never triggered.
Aaron, here is my 2c (could be wrong)
To add to the above, the first bull bar after 4 consecutive bear bars breaking out is likely to be sold, especially due to the size of two of those bear bars in context to the rest of the day beforehand.
