In this slide，Al said Should not trade when the mkt looks like（TTR） that on any timeframe.
I think he has two explanations:
1. If TTR is found in Higher Timeframe (eg week), then you should not trade on any Timeframe, even if there is a trade opportunity to Smaller Timeframe (eg 5m)
2. If TTR appears in any timeframe (in front of you), you should not trade on the current timeframe, but you can look for opportunities to trade on Higher timeframe or Smaller timeframe.
Which interpretation is correct?
The second, your analysis belongs to the chart where it is carried on so it has little to say about other time frames' trading.
