Al said early, Any reversal will probably be minor in Tight Channel,right?
In this slide, I think the channel is tight, but Al said "25% have successful bear bo and ...",Does that contradict what we said before?
No contradiction: Bear channel so 75% it has a bull BO and 25% a bear BO. Here it is a Bull BO but it is also a tight bear channel down, so high probability for the this first reversal to be minor and create a TR, like here (TR PA).

No!
In a bear channel, most reversals fail and the trend continues but once one is succesful, it is going to be probably minor. Yet, once this minor reversal takes place, most likely the bear trend is over and it will be followed by a bull trend (less likely) or a TR (most likely).
So two different things: most reversals fail in a trend AND the first one that succedes is minor, so a test of the low/high will be needed.
