HI,Why Al said Measuring the Red Line to Double,not the Green line?

I would use the green line as well!

Yet, Al highlihghts the start of the BO on the third bear bar so he uses the BO's height for the initial MM. If the MKT goes far below it, then you should use the one you drew in green.
