Can anyone help me on how to deal with Outside bars if they end up in a pullback in lets say a bull trend? although the outside bar goes below and also above the prior bar - should it be taken as H1/2 or not?

Look at a smaller TF. Use the 1-minute chart to see what prices did in that 5-minute bar.
