In the red box area, is the context saying buy or sell? Looks like wedge top, double Top, 2 big bear bars. Why look for a buy in that area?
Well, its at least not saying sell - Tails below bars, doji sideways bars, and if you look to bars on the left, it looks like a trading range, and we are closer to the bottom of the range, than the top, hence no selling. That doesn't mean you have to buy - you could only buy when there are good signal bars. But as Al asks the question - If you had to be in the market, would you buy or sell here, I would say buy.
