Are there other resources or a blog post better describing H1, H2, or L1, L2? Unfortunately, the video audio is a little delayed compared to the pointer, so when I think I grasp the concept, I just become confused again.

There's also a Bar Counting section in the encyclopedia that provides good context regarding H and L bar counting, which is about reversal attempts and tradable formations that failure of such attempts create.
