Greetings,

 

I have a question in regards to the 08C, Slide 9, the ioi pattern:

 

I wonder why the are highlighted with green is an ioi pattern where the 1st bull bar is NOT in the previous bar.

Hi, ioi means the bar in the middle is the outside bar. So first bar is inside the second bar, 3rd bar is inside the 2nd bar.
