how to add 60Min 20Bar EMA in Trading view ?
Should I select the time frame as 60 Min and length as 20 in tradingview- EMA indicator window ? My chart time frame remains 5min only...Above selection is in EMA indicator window

I think on 5 minutes chart , one hour =12 bars of 5 minutes , so on a 5 minutes chart a moving average of 240 bars should do do the trick.

I tried that.... But I found a solution last night
If you are using 5 Min chart
EMA setting in trading view
Time frame EMA window (Not chart window, Char Window=5min) = 1 hour
Length = 20
Source= Close
This gives a line exactly at 220 bar. So in 5min chart no need to set the length a 220 or 240. trading view has solution for that
If you are using any other time frame like day
EMA window setting should be
Time frame= Chart
Length =220 ( As mentioned in Course video - Video 4=My setup)
Source = Close

Just remember...EMA window timeframe should either be a chart or higher than chart time frame only then it works...if you choose a day chart for 60 Min line....you should choose 220 bar EMA instead of this setting.
Pre condition this to work
EMA window time frame- must be greater than chart time frame or chart (By default)

Also ignore SMA smoothing in EMA window...I have unchecked it so it is not used
Good to see you are able to plot hourly 20EMA on 5 minute chart. Have wonderful trading, I am still in beginning phase and not a consistent winning trader
