Because buying a trading course is a big decision, I am providing the following free sample videos from the Brooks Trading Course to help you decide. The free trading videos give you an idea of how to trade using price action, and I use these techniques every day as I trade. I want to help you learn how to make money as a trader. I day trade online using 5 minute charts, but I regularly hold positions overnight based on 60 minute, daily, weekly, and monthly charts.
The first four sample videos below are from existing course. I am working on a major update, which is now being released in stages. Three new course slide samples are at bottom of page. The upcoming completely new Brooks Trading Course will be available at NO EXTRA CHARGE for all purchasers of existing course.

Preview of module #7, Buying and Selling Pressure (6min 55sec)
Buying pressure is a sign that the bulls are stronger than the bears. An obvious example is a bull trend bar. The bar closes near its high, and that is a sign that the bulls are strong. The bigger the bar is, especially if the body is big, the more the buying pressure. If the next bar is also a strong bull bar, that is evidence of more buying pressure. Buying pressure is important because it increases the chances that a trader will make money if he takes a long position.
Selling pressure is the opposite. For example, if there is a series of consecutive big bear trend bars with closes near their lows, especially if the context is good (like a breakout below a protracted trading range), the market will likely trade lower over the next several bars. This tells traders that the probability of making a profit on a short position is high.
This module goes into much more detail about how to assess buying and selling pressure.
Preview of module #29, Protective Stops (7min 40sec)
The placement of protective stops looks easy on most websites that teach traders how to trade. However, most of the time, the stops have to be much further away that what traders like. If a trader is going to make money on his position, he has to use the appropriate stop and then adjust it correctly, depending on whether the market moves in the direction of his position or against it.
Preview of module #34, How to Trade (14min 28sec)
There is much more to trading profitably that simply entering the market and hoping for the best. Traders need to consider whether it is better to scalp or swing their trade, and this depends on the probability. A good risk reward ratio is meaningless unless a trader assesses the probability of his trade, and then structures and manages the trade correctly.
Entire Module #43, Trading a Broad Bear Channel (57min)
When the market is in a bear channel, it is in a bear trend. However, if the channel is broad, a trader can make money by swinging or scalping shorts, or by scalping longs, especially if he knows how to scale into his position.
