Interactive Brokers for futures I'd think, although smaller brokers will beat them in margin requirements.
Tradingview is a brilliant platform. Inexpensive and uses little PC memory/processor resources. AMP and Tradovate offer excellent commission structure and low margins. I use this platform and Tradovate. Never had and issue.
