This maintains a timer in Sierra and pops up a red message for 60 seconds prior to the close of higher timeframe bars.
(1) Move file to Sierra Chart "Data" folder and remove ".txt" extension.
(2) Add Custom Study "pbBarCloseMsg" and view inputs to confirm bar times you want to monitor.

By default it notifies on 15;30;60;240 minute timeframe closes. No additional price bars are actually needed - it just keeps a timer. It adjusts for RTH hours by setting 9:30 as the hour start and then resets back to hour alignment at 5:00pm for globex.
Timeframes to monitor are set in the study's input, for example "20;80;160" would notify on those three timeframes' closes only.
