Is there any particular adjustments on Al's methodology or are there Videos or a Blog dedicated to Trading in the London-European Session before NY Session ?

I was curious about the same.
In case of trading the London session, would the Gap Up / Gap Down values be based upon the previous London session's close or previous US time zone close?
