I have been trading for the past 1.5 years, and all I have done is make many mistakes. All I can say for now is I am learning. Studying, practicing, and working on my emotions during trading hours, but after facing back-to-back losses it feels like all my hard work went in vain. How do you motivate yourself during those times?
Here is my 5 tools to keep walking that actually work (And I kept neglecting during the down period because it sounded stupidly simple, normal, obvious, and worth to be neglected):
- Workout
- Meditation
- Eating
- Sleeping
- This quote from Al which is always on my desk: The goal is to be consistently good and you don’t have to be great.
