Hi,
I tried Chrome and Firefox many times today but could not watch the videos smoothly. It kept loading and losding no matter I reload many times. Also, I could not open the chart pattern encyclopedia. Please advise which browser I shall use to open all.

Sorry to hear of your trouble. The course videos and Encyclopedia are on totally separate hosting so if you are having trouble with Encyclopedia, I am guessing you are having (or have had) temporary Internet access trouble, either locally or somewhere in between you and the BTC hosting servers.
Please stick with Firefox or Edge and double check your own connection. Hopefully you are fine now. No problems reported with either service today.
Not related, but my email service has been suffering from frequent bot attacks over the last few weeks (like we had on BTC.com earlier this year). The Internet is full of braindead idiots wanting to cause trouble for others. A small chance bots are causing your trouble??
