What is "Globex range" which mentioned in part 1 A-B, section 29?

It is the day's range in the EMINI globex chart. Al trades the EMINI Session chart but takes into account the globex's high and low (top and bottom of the globex's range) because 90% of the days one or both of them are tested within the session time.
And to add to Ludopuig's answer, the globex session is the non regular hours each day. So it is the 16 hours which preceed the regular hours. The regular hours are EST 9 AM to 4 PM.
