I believe there is an error on this slide. On the original slide it says "Buy Climax often leads to reversal down, usually in bull channel".
My suggestion is that it be corrected as bolded below. "Buy Climax often leads to reversal down, usually in bear channel".
I also compared it with the same Sell Climax session in part 13, and there I believe it is correct.
